I bought an HP48 the first week in March from the San Jose State University bookstore. There was no quick reference guide. I found out at the user group meeting that Saturday that everyone else had a guide. It took many calls to HP in Corvallis to get one sent to me. Finally, tech support told me that I should have been calling calculator service. However, it was tech support that took care of the matter in the end. Why would a dealer have extra guides, anyway?
