Dear HP28/48/41/18 etc user, I wonder if you would consider doing a small favour for me. I'd like to find out how people who use the HP82240 Infrared Printer get paper for it. The reason is that a similar printer mechanism is being designed into a new HP instrument, and we'd like to make life as easy as we can for our customers. I'm especially interested to find out if you just order HP82175A paper from HP (or from a calculator sales outlet) or whether you can obtain a "suitable" paper roll elsewhere. (Don't tell me who from, or how much you pay. I'm NOT trying to wipe out competition!). Whatever method you use, do you find it acceptable in terms of cost, speed of supply and quality? You can either mail me directly, or respond here if you want to engage in discussion. Thanks for your time, Alex. Alex Ballantyne, Hewlett Packard Ltd. Queensferry Telecoms. Div.
