I am designing a home brew Z80 B (6 Mhz clock) system with 32K of dynamic ram. The design is simple except for the dynamic ram interface. All that Zilog has to offer in it's technical reprints is a schematic for a 16K dynamic ram circuit for the Z80 A (4 Mhz clock). I would appreciate hearing from anyone with combat experience or information on a technical article outlining a 32K dynamic ram interface for the Z80 B.
