I have a question wrt HP's BBS. I read a while back that it was gonna be available via ftp. I noted down its name and address (hpcvbbs.cv.hp.com or 15.224.72.16) and have tried ftping out to it on several occasion. However, I keep getting a `network is down' error message. Have anyone else had any success? George

I tried it last week on our open subnet machine, and it worked great. Could be they had hpcvbbs down for maintenance, or maybe your netserver was down. Try it again; it should work. Ray
