[comp.sys.handhelds] hp28s "RC5"

blaine@hobbes.catt.ncsu.edu (Grey Mull) (10/30/90)

I keep hearing people discuss using their hp28s to control via infered (sp?) devices such as TVs and VCRs. I would really like to have the program
that you folks speak of, I believe I read that it is called "RC5" - Is this
correct? I have looked on nic.funet.fi, and wuarchive.wustl.edu, and a few
other ftp sites for a program called RC5 with no avail.
So, if you know ANYTHING about using an hp28s to control infered
equipment or about the program supposedly called "RC5" then PLEASE let
me know. Tell me where you ftp -d it from or if you have it, send it to
me or tell me where you did send it.
ANY info will be greatly appreciated. - THANX
