I'm interested in the possibility of hooking up a calculator to to navigational equipment, such as a LORAN plotter, for data acquisition. My hope would be to grab off coordinates from the plotter when a button on the calculator is pushed, then use the time function of the calculator to provide calculations of interest or simply to store information of interest (a particular event happened at this time and place.) Is there a commercial application like this already prepared? I'd appreciate any pointers. Regards, Tom Menten tomm@hpspd.spd.hp.com
