I just wanted to let you all know.... I called one of the companies that sells memory cards mail order for music keyboards/synths, and it turns out that there are no keyboards on the market that use HP48 style memory cards in the 128KB format. They are all 32K or 64K. The 32K cards sell for about $55, but you can get HP's 32K card from Elek-Tek for $60. The 64K cards sell for about $70-75, but you can get CMT's 128K card (made specifically for the HP48SX, so voltage regulator is not a problem) from Edu-calc for $150. So, to sum up, it's definitely NOT worth getting memory cards from anybody other than HP and CMT, since they have voltage regulator problems, and they aren't any cheaper than the real thing! -- =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Bob Martin | ram@tellabs.com ...!uunet!tellab5!ram Tellabs, Inc. |"Listen to me now, and believe me later" - Hans & Franz Lisle, IL. 60532 |"Flibble-dee Floo" - Grumpy Old Man
