Well, looks like I won the lottery. I purchased my '48 in early October (about a week before the deadline) and just got my EQ Library card yesterday. Looks like they crammed some of just about everything into this puppy, from physics and chemistry to finance and Minehunt, though I wish HP had thought to include a few simple programming-related features such as hex/octal/binary math and conversions in IEEE floating point format. Oh well, guess they had to leave SOMETHING for third-party developers to make a profit on. Anyway, the EQ card and the 128K card give the '48 a weighty, balanced feel that's really nice. Now, send me ASC\-> and \->ASC, dammit! -- John Townsend Internet: johnt@meaddata.com c/o Mead Data Central UUCP: ...!uunet!meaddata!skibum!johnt P.O.
