[comp.sys.handhelds] Connecting to HPCVBB from here??

Is there some way to get into HP's BBS from here on the USENET?  

I live in Massachusetts, and the long distance phone calls are brutal. 
Granted, a lot of the interesting information on HP's BBS also appears
here, but not all.
