-- Thanks for the replies about hooking up to the DEC. I have pursauded the superusers to let me have write access on the port without being on the root. They are also helping out by building the needed cable to connect the odd DEC port to the 48. I have another question, though. I did the on/d test to see what model I had(E gladly) and was seeing what the other keys did in this mode, that is after pressing <delete> key. Most give addresses I think, but the <spc> key when pressed made the hex #'s scroll at high speed and the I/O icon blinked quickly, with the only way to stop was to on/c.
