I have been watching the traffic for the last 2 weeks, and it seems that there are two possibilities for the split: comp.sys.handhelds.hp comp.sys.hp2848 While I do not see the first as in anyway limiting the ability of the HP community to further evolve, it is your right to be called what you want. Since there seems to be evidence of support for the split in one form or another, I would suggest that we discuss the options above for the next week or so. I will then try to determine which of these two to put in the name in the call for vote. Feel free to contact me with your opinion (somehow I know you all will). Jeff E Mandel MD MS Asst. I don't think slapping the 28S into the 48SX directory is a good idea. How long has it been since a post on the 28S appeared? 3-4 days? Either give it its own board (I don't think one is needed anymore since the popularity of the 48SX has skyrocketed) or leave it in this one. David
