[comp.sys.handhelds] Tetris2.1

Is it just me or has Tetris gotten slower with almost every release. The first version
of Tetris to use Machine language routines was lightning fast a very challanging (probably
to challenging). Now as the program gets more bells and whisels it seems to be as slow
as the original non-ML versions. I hope that this does not seem too much like a complaint.
I have been very pleased with Tetris and the work done by the authors. I am just
pointing out that if it were easy to run it faster it might be more challenging.

It is probably JUST YOU, since the versions since 2 (and 3 now) are MUCH MUCH
faster than the previous ones. It is even difficult to play them at high levels
(even though in ver.3 there is some bug that makes it slower with levels...).
Check the tetris you have , you probably have the wrong versions.
