JHV wondered why one couldn't sell (resell) software that they bough. You can sell software that you bought, but as is typically the case you did not buy the software. You paid a non-exclusive license fee that allows you to use the software. You really don't own the software. The terms of the license agreement may or may not allow you to resell the copy of the software. Bill
