Going through my archives I have found a posting by Jan Brittenson regarding the Catalog function at #47BF0h. I have been playing with it, but can't get it to do what I want... Perhaps it won't? I want to get a catalog listing (scrollable up and down) of program descriptions, that when executed (either by positioning the arrow next to the description, or by the use of a menu key) runs the program. Can this catalog do that for me? Ideally I should be able to put things on the menu keys like 'EXEC' to run the program, 'RCL', 'DEL', 'VIEW', etc. and then have a (very simplified) NORTON-like utility for playing with my programs.
