[net.micro] CP/M Autoboot needed

TO: All CP/M Gurus,

I am in need of instructions to modify the BIOS of CP/M 2.2
to allow the execution of a specific program on cold boot
and maintain normal worm boot .

example
 on cold boot execute "mbasic program"
 after completion of the above, execute a normal warm boot to CP/M
