One little posting about the new 48S? The post indicated that HP had announced the product on the 2nd of April. The post also implied that HP was shipping this product. At least that's how I construed the mention of its selling price at Solve and Integrate. I called my HP dealer to see what he knew. He was suprised that I knew of the product, saying that he had just been informed the previous day. He said it had not yet been announced and that he had been told by HP he was not to say anything about the product. He told me to call him back in a week and perhaps he could tell me what he knew. So what do all you csh people know? Is the lack of the expansion ports the only difference? When will the calculator ship? Does it contain the rumored improved eqation writer?
