Here's a thought for someone who wants to do some hacking. This might
work in a library.
Don't you hate it when you need a character that's not on the keyboard?
Of course, you could defien some custom menus, but that's a pain, and it
would never have the character you want anyway.
On the other hand, many computers have alternate ways of entering charcters:
llike the IBM PC, just hold the ALT key down, and enter the code on the number
pad.
The HP48 needs this. However I don't think it is as simple as assigning a program
to a key,since you wouldn't be able to use it while editing.
any suggestions?
