I have a HP-41C, yes it is old. However, thanks to Eveready it now has battery corrosion all over the terminal block. I attempted to remove the corrosion with H2O2, but the corrosion is under the plastic. Experience dictates that this corrosion will creep back. The corrosion also got onto the main board. I have the batteries and I am going to send it off to Eveready. However, I am interested in what HP will do when Eveready sends it to HP for repair. I am willing to guess they have no parts for 41C's. So my question is, what will I get back? A different calculator, or what? If someone at HP could mail me a response I would appreciate it. If someone on the net has some answers, please mail me a response. Thanks Glenn Boyer (gnb@engr.ucf.edu)
