Archie Bunker was a foreman at the Prendergast Tool and Die Co. Kelsey was played by Bob Hastings, who was in the comedy series McHale`s Navy He played Lt. Carpenter. I didn`t know he was in a new show, but I did know that his brother Don has been a regular on the soap As The World Turns for a LONG time.
