I am in the market for a Z-80 assembler which will run under CPM on the Osborne I. How much can I expect to pay for such a beast and are there any on the market any of you folks can recommend? Thanks, Don Davis JHU/APL ...rglvax!umcp-cs!aplvax!ded ...decvax!harpo!seismo!umcp-cs!aplvax!ded

From: Keith Petersen <w8sdz@brl> There is a public-domain Z80 assembler available free for the taking on my RCPM (Remote CP/M) system. It's on the hard disk A: drive in a file called Z80ASM.LBR. I don't know much about it - I've never tried it, but there is some documentation in the LBR file. The phone number for my system is (313) 759-6569. It's a "callback" system (ring once, hang up and call again). It's available 24 hours a day. --Keith
