OK, to everybody looking for that book describing a connection between an 28s and an appleii: (I did try it. Its a lot of work, its slow (from apple to hp28) in my opinion, and its fun 8-) ) The title is: voyage au centre de la hp28c/s written by : paul courbis et sebastien lalande Further adresses: (Of th publisher ?) la regle a calcul 67, boulevard saint-germain bp 300 75228 paris cedex 05 tel (1) 43 25 68 88 telecoupier 43 25 22 76 telex RAC 201324F Arnd PS: I wouldnt do it again, cause lots of time consuming problems are lurking... pps: One of them: If you use these proggies to secure against a memory lost , the bootstrpping is a long long way to go... If anybody would like details on connecting a HP48sx to an Apple, give me a ring. I'm not sure about the 28s, though. -- --- Jeff Tarr, Jr. Sysop: AppleSauce BBS - 212/721-4122 Apple II and Macintosh Support.
