I wonder about your reference to "Commodore-itis" in your article on low end machines. You state that people making these machines can not be pround of their work. While it's true that the Atari looks very nice inside and shows a lot more thinking in the software department than other systems (mind you, there are some real botches in the Atari and others), I don't see how it can be claimed that the designers of the Vic can't be proud of their work. They put together a fairly simple computer that can be built for peanuts. Because of this they sell for very little, and a lot more people can afford computers than could before, even if they are only Vic-20s -- Brad Templeton - Waterloo, Ont. (519) 886-7304
