Greetings. I called HP Thursday because I though I have a Rev A calculator - turns out I have a rev E (whew ;-) But, they tech clearly stated that today, Friday, is the last "official" day to call HP and get on their list to get a calculator swap. He told me something interesting, though. He said that for a few days _after_ the official deadline, his manager would still accept a "few" people on a personal basis (if you _really_ need a swap, that is) Here's how to find out what rev you have: 1) Turn on the 48 by pressing ON (duhh :-) 2) Press-hold-release ON-D 3) Press the <- {DROP/CLR} key (should get a bunch of numbers on line 1) 4) Press-AND-HOLD the EVAL key (3rd from the top, below letter C) This should display a message stating what rev you have. If you have A, B, or C get on the darn phone QUICK!!!! Take care. -- _______________________________________________________________________________ "The Force will be with you, always."
