Someone a while back wrote "a partial agreement [between Canada and USA] is currently being negotiated." Canada and the USA have had a free trade agreement for over two years. The differences in price are mainly due to the following: 1. a Canadian dollar is NOT a US dollar. 2. Canada has a different taxation system 3. Canada is NOT the USA (thank god).
