I need to be able to represent a source in a system being modeled by the FHP hexagonal lattice model. The problem is that the source's output is to be sinusoidal. My first idea was to shoot out three particles, 120 degrees apart, on the 'upswing', ouput in all six directions on the peak, and then once more with three on the 'downswing' in the directions which were not filled on the way up. This however, arbitrarily adds particles and ignores the trough in the wave. My next idea was to use some sort of particle/anti-particle setup and shoot out particles on the peak and anti-particles on the trough. This seems sort of shaky though. Does anyone out there in NetLand have any good ideas on how I can do this well and still stick close to the original model? Thanks, Bruce
