[sci.math.num-analysis] MILP/MINLP Software

I am looking for software packages to numerically solve MILP (Mixed Integer
Linear Programming) and MINLP (Mixed Integer Non Linear Programming)
optimization problems.

I would appreciate it if you could tell me what are the available
packages and how I could lay my hands on them.
