[net.micro] BX.25 Driver Needed for PDP 11/23

Our application requires a driver to support BX.25 on a PDP 11/23 running
version 7 UNIX.  The operating system will be running on a RLO2 disk drive
and the serial synchronous interface for supporting BX.25 will be a DPV11.
If anyone out there has a similar situation or knows how we could get ahold
