Okidata Pacemark 2410 Heavy-Duty, High-Speed Dot Matrix Printer This is a high-speed printer that is built like a tank. It is designed for continuous operation at up to 350 cps (data processing mode). Its heavy-duty construction makes most dot matrix printers look like toys. Specifications: Print Speed Data Processing Mode 350 cps Draft Mode 175 cps Correspondence Quality 87.5 cps (2 pass) Other Features: Graphics (all points addressable at 72x72 and 144x144 dpi) Subscripts, Superscripts, Underlining Downline loadable characters Multiple character sets (US, Dutch, German, Spanish, Norweigian,...) Printronix, TI 810, and Data Products M-200 compatibility modes Programmable horizontal and vertical tabs Programmable line spacing (1/144" increments) Print Technique: 9-pin dot matrix (printhead life of 500 million characters) bidirectional, short-line seeking, (unidirectional in CQ mode) Paper Feed: Tractor feed (accepts 4-part forms, 5-16" wide) Friction feed (for individual sheets) Interface: RS232C (up to 19,200 baud) Centronics parallel (requires extra cable to access internal connector I've never tried the parallel interface, but it should work.) Physical: 23.5" W x 22.4" D x 9.1" H 74 pounds (I said it was heavy-duty!) The printer is essentially unused. It is about 1-1/2 years old and has printed less than 1/2 a box of paper. I'm selling it because I just don't need (or use) such a heavy-duty printer. It currently sells for ~$2300 new (Printers Plus price). Asking: $550 + shipping (or best offer) Please EMail offers or inquiries to: dpm@cs.cmu.edu Thanks, David --- David P.
