Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could give me any ideas of what to do with the controller box of a QMS Lasergrafix 1200 laser printer. (No suggestions involving body orifaces and silicon please!) It seems such a shame to strip it for parts, especially when it has a 68k processor in it. I wouldn't mind some circus(!) diagrams for it, but these appear to be unobtainable as well, and no-one seems to know of a good use for it apart from driving the printer. Here's some basic specs: 68K, .5Meg RAM, up to 1 Meg EPROM, 2K EEPROM The reason I'm pretty vague is I haven't opened the one I have yet; it's still sitting at home giving insects a home. We got 2 complete, working QMS1200s last year for: How much would you expect to pay? A box of 8&1/2 inch lineflow each! Now they are dumped, and I don't want to waste the controller. Ideas please!
