I am writing an application in which I would like to support "several" (as many as is reasonable) popular printers. To that end, I would like to collect printer control codes (i.e. escape sequences) for your favorite printers for the following print attributes: Bold On/Off (or Doublestrike) Underline On/Off Italics On/Off Compressed On/Off (and how many characters per inch is this?) If the printer doesn't support any of these, just leave them blank. Also, please include the printer make and model. As far as specifying the codes, please use decimal numbers, e.g. escape is 27, 'A' is 65, etc. Dot matrix and laser printers equally accepted. Thank you very much. Please reply directly to me.
