Sorry if this has been discussed. Our users are having a problem with their Laserwriter IINT's; when the printer runs out of paper, the red light comes on, as it should. However, when they refill the cassette and reinsert it, sometimes the red light doesn't go out and printing doesn't resume. This only happens sporadically, but when it does, no amount of removing and re-inserting the cassette will fix the problem. Powering the printer down and back up does clear up the problem, but as we load a custom font, the jobs currently in the print queue that depend on that font get kicked. If you've seen this problem, please let me know what kind of fix you came up with. Please E-mail, as I don't usually read this newsgroup.
