I have tried posting this a couple of times and have not seen it posted at my site, so if this is appears as a repeat I apologize. I understand that the CANNON LBP-8II printer is the most popular printer in JAPAN. (Is this true ?) While this printer is very similar to the HP LaserJet Series II in look ( probably has the same engine underneath ) they don't seem to be talking the same language... Does anybody out ther know if there are any drivers (or filters) that talk to this printer for UNIX machines like SUN, Decstation, or APOLLO's ?
