Does anybody else have any experience of using the Agfa P3400 with Adobe's Transcript. We are using this configuration from a Sun and the 400dpi output from the Agfa is very nice, but we have a lot of intermittent problems with the printer hanging. It is difficult to work out exactly what is going wrong because the printer and the "pscomm" program just seem to get into a state where they are not talking to one another. Power cycling the printer and/or restarting the print job nearly always cures the proble m. An old Laserwriter running exactly the same configuration doesn't have this problem.
