I'm trying to help another techie debug a printer problem long-distance, and we need some help. A friend of ours is the proud owner of a Diablo HyType II printer, model 1345A. She can't get it to print things from her PC-clone. The techie and myself are both semi-proficient at debugging RS-232 problems, but I'm 150 miles away, and the techie has run out of ideas. What we're looking for is a copy of the owners manual for this beast. Can anybody help? I'd pay all shipping and copying costs. Failing that, can anybody tell me how to get in touch with the Diablo company? All efforts to find them have failed.
