[comp.periphs.printers] how to hook up a LQP02 printer with a pc via serial port?

An update:
By connecting pin 2 and 3 on the pc side to pin 3 and 2, respectively, on
the printer side and straight thru for pin 7, I could get the printer to
print whatever I typed when I ran a terminal emulator (KERMIT, in this case)
on the pc. Other than that, there has been no progress in getting it to
print anything from inside of software or from DOS.

Help is still needed! Thanx in advance!
