Does anyone know of a laser printer which has the capability of switching between PostScript and straight ASCII text? I.e., a switch on the printer which would either enable PostScript interpretation or disable it. When disabled, the printer would just print whatever information was sent to it. It would be used on a PS-2. The person who wants such a thing claims that they have software which is supposed to print plain text files to their PostScript printer, but that the software doesn't work to their satisfaction, hence the request. Please email me; I'll summarize back to this group if I get anything interesting. Thanks, Jon Brewster -- -jjb@cs.wayne.edu
