Has anyone had any experience with the Northwest Digital Systems
Graphics-Plus board or the Cleveland Codonics graphics board. I have a
Heathkit H19 and would like to get graphics for it. The two boards sound
good but how well do they work, how good is the graphics, does the board
slow down or change the workings of the terminal in the non-graphics mode
and how fast is the terminal in graphics mode. Both of the boards are
advertised as having Tektronics 4010 compatibility, is there any problem
with this emulation. The Northwest Digital Systems board seems to add
more to the terminal than the Cleveland Codonics board but is it worth
twice the price. I would also like to know what changes are made to the
terminal, is this a replacement to the main terminal board or is it an add
on. Should the screen be changed to a long persistence type or will the
standard one be ok.
