Hello, I recently go ahold of a Diablo 630 printer. This is a serial printer, but I have no documentation for it. The problem is this: I have configured the printer for 1200 baud, 8 bits, no parity. I've configured my computer the same way via Dos Mode command (PC-AT clone). When I try to print, using dos print, the first page comes out mostly fine, but shortly after I've started, the OVFL light comes on, on the printer. When this happens, the printing becomes erratic, and the printer starts printing garbage. My question is, what kind of flow control does this printer use? Do I need a print spooling program?
