[comp.sys.mac.programmer] Documentation for the BLOB Manager

I have come across a copy of the BLOB Manager, written on top of 
TranSkel.  While this package looks very interesting, it appears
to have no user guide/documentation (besides the code comments).
Does such documentation exist?  I would appreciate someone E-mailing
me a copy.  I am trying to use the LightSpeedC version.
