Well I'm still unsure as to the purpose of "Watch Thres[hold?]", but under
finder 6.1 (System Tools 6.0 {developers set}) the "Max number of windows"
setting is implemented.
In Finder 6.0 it (1.2d0) reads -1, however w/ Finder 6.1 it reads 13, the
norm. (I think). I have since changed mine to 25 (w/ a II and 13 diag inches of
desktop more you can get 13 windows open rather rapidly).
