[comp.sys.mac.programmer] When is the second edition of Inside Macintosh coming out.

  Can anyone tell me when the second edition of Inside Macintosh is going
to be published. I know it is being prepared but not when it is due out.
I intend to buy Inside Mac but would rather wait for the second edition if
it will not be too long.
