I am writing a very short Lightspeed Pascal program to do two things: initialize a blank disk upon insertion (I seem to have got that part under control), then copy two folders from the hard disk to the blank disk. Is there a quick way of doing the copying other than creating the directory on the floppy, then reading and writing the file the slow way? (The Finder makes it so easy, but I cannot use the finder -- the entire process: insert disk, initialise, verify, copy files; must be completely idiot proofed, with no interruption once the disk is inserted.) Please reply by email. I am using a friend's account and she doesn't normally read this group. Nam Naidoo -- (609)-452-6004
