[net.micro] C-64 machine programming

CARROLL%usc-isib@sri-unix.UUCP (07/25/83)

I'm interested in starting some machine language programming on the
Commodore 64. If anyone knows of some WELL DOCUMENTED software
available, please let me know.
thanx,
steve (carroll@isib)

I have Commodore's Macro Assembler development system
which includes a macro assembler, interactive machine
language monitors with disassembler, relocating loader,
xref lister and editor. It requires the use of a disk drive.
Sells for about $50, highly recommended.

I have the assembler development system too and I like the monitor. It is
now available for $15.95 so you should all go out and get one.

Anybody else out there who paid $600 for the 64 and $400 for the disk. I'm
completely disgusted.
