[comp.sys.mac.programmer] porting an applications from SUNs to networked Macs

We are considering a port of an application implemented on a network of
SUNs to a network (including or exclusively) of Macs.

The application (C) uses SunView, and the Simplify/Unify relational dbms
and the Sun3 ethernet.

If anyone has thoughts on the topic or done any similar work
I'd appreciate hearing from you.
