This is a "complete" list of all Batman villains. It is taken from a book called "Fantastic Television", which contains huge amounts of trivia about such shows as Superman, One Step Beyond, The Prisoner, The Invaders, etc. The book gives an episode by episode listing of major SF/fantasy series, plus comments about minor series and "made for TV" movies.
