In Stephen Chernicoff's books "Macintosh Revealed" Volumes 1 and 2 he mentions
Volumes 3 and 4, which he says are going to come out in the future. For
instance, he says that he'll cover printing in Volume 3.

I have the 2nd edition of these books, (c)1987, but the 1st edition seems to
have been published in 1985, so I assumed that at least Vol. 3 would be out by
now, but I've gone to lots of bookstores, and no one has ever heard of Vol. 3
or 4. Vol 1 and 2 were quite helpful. Does anyone know anything about any
volumes of "Macintosh Revealed" beyond Vol 1 and 2?
