Help! I have a huge number of fonts (about 300 FAMILIES) on a Mac II. Using Suitcase II. There is some conflict in the Font IDs -- one of the fonts in a "suitcase" (Font/DA mover document) which suitcase has open, conflicts with another, possibly one in the system file. Suitcase comes with a utility to rer all the fonts thus avoiding font ID conflicts. Unfortunately, most documents have the fonts referenced by font id, not name. Renumbering my fonts will result in many documents (hundreds, thousands) being unintentionally changed. I need a utility which will detect the numbering conflicts, or at least will list the font ids of fonts in the system *and* the "suitcases". ResEdit will do this, but with many hundreds of fonts, it would take weeks... Any suggestions for such a utility? Please *please* help asap. Reply to me by mail, rather than posting.
