I just received my MPW 3.0b1 upgrade package. I've got a question concerning C++. In the manual for the Shell it states that the new C compiler supports C++, and a the tool "CFront" and script "CPlus" provide this support. In addition CFront is documented in the Command Reference (but CPlus is not). Unfortunately my software didn't come with either CFront, nor CPlus. So what's the deal: is C++ part of MPW 3.0b1? As I understand it Apple cannot ship C++ until the final version is completely ready. My guess is we won't see C++ until MPW 3.0 is out of the beta stages. But then again, what do I know? Scott Storkel Macintosh Software Development Rice University
