Is there a file missing in the MPW3.0B1 distribution...?
I noticed that there are HyperXCmd.[ph] files in the Pascal and C
interface directories, but there doesn't seem to be any glue (the
HyperCard utilities...) around. I could port it from elsewhere, but
I'd rather use the one that (I think) is supposed to be there...
