	We have recently been playing with Virtual around here and YES you can
use it for doing development AS LONG AS YOU DON'T MIND NOT USING Macsbug or
TMON.  It works just fine with LSC/Debugger, LSP/Debugger, and MPW3.0/SADE
but you get NO low-level debugging. 
	It is my understanding that Connectix is working on this for a future
release...
